Assumptions

When managers used to tell me 80% of the problems are Human related and not technical, I used to think they were justifying their job. This year I took it as a target to look problems from the ppl. perspective. Now after 6 months of attitude change I see things differently. I would add another 10% to the 80%. My analysis says that most of the technical problems were created and did not naturally exist and the causes rooted from human issues. It all start with Assumptions! Most of us start to solve the problems from the technical level with a set of Assumptions. Instead getting into the root cause of the problem, mostly human related and finding a solution can effectively solve a hundred technical problems. IT WORKS!
