Due to some maintenance activities of my Website hosting provider most of my websites and databases got messed up. Only today did I realize that I have been hosting lot of components and databases without any real purpose and had made my life tougher maintaining it. The quality management system I established is almost idle for more than six months. My knowledge management system is not that successful. I am realizing a major flaw in my performance management system. I have not designed it properly and have made it too complex and tough to manage.
I realize the need for a single point performance management that incorporates my current systems including knowledge management, performance management. I understand it is more than software and it is the process that has to be well designed to make it successful. The target is six months. I need to get it done.
