I am confused if Atheists exist. If by definition an atheist is someone who do not believe existence of GOD then the majority of those who claim themselves as Atheists are not so.
Most atheists tend to exhibit their hatred towards GOD due to distasteful instances in life. These people see god as a devil which only shows their belief in GOd and unfair treatment to them.
An other group claims no GOD due to their love of science. Here again most people are against religious principles and not GOD itself. The more one goes deep into basic science the more one would doubt the truth that science can provide. If people believe the uncertainty principle and stochastic nature of the universe why not people trust the existence of GOD. The scientist asks how do you prove the existence of GOD. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Contrarily majority of those who claim the absence of GOD due to science do not know science itself. They blindly accept science as people accepted religion in olden days. The number of well educated people who would question the very basics of science are very minimal. I believe UNCERTAINITY is GOD.
And there are some people who reject the existence of GOD for they have not SEEN. ‘SEEN’ is very subjective for it it limited to the capabilities of one sense of the eye. There might exist a sixth sense that can visualize GOD that humans are not capable of. Again, Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
To summarize – anything that is not understood is GOD. Science would certainly help to minimize the not understood over the years. But the left over is still GOD. Like the position and velocity of an electron are Science and GOD. The more on believes Science the less the probability to believing GOD and vice versa.
Note: Most people might find this article stupid. If you are a believer of science I suggest going back to your books on quantum physics and relativity theory (or the latest claimed unified theory) and read this article.
